Yes of course, if you use the VS Code you can use Thunderclient Extension, that is works the same like postman in a better UI. And you don't need to install a new software.

Thunderclient is actually sooooo much better than I thought. I didnt have much in the way of expectations as a Postman user, but its a legit competitor for all but the most hardcore users/testers.
