Frequently asked questions

Security of requests data?

The requests data created using the VS Code extension is saved locally on the user's machine and is not associated with your subscription account. The subscription account is only used to activate premium features of the VS Code extension..

How to get free trial?

The free trial is available for 14 days to try the product. Please contact us to request a free trial. The free trial can be provided to business email addresses only.

What is Offline Activation?

The Offline Activation feature is useful to activate and use the Extension premium features without an Internet Connection. Please contact us if you have any questions.

What is Perpertual fallback license?

A perpetual fallback license is a license that allows you to use a specific purchased version of software without requiring an active subscription. The license will receive updates for one year from the date of purchase. After one year of updates, you can continue to use the originally purchased version (12 months prior) indefinitely without a subscription.

Credit cards & payment processor?

Visa, MasterCard, and other standard credit cards are accepted. All payments are processed by Stripe.
